Terms and Conditions


1. A security deposit will be reequired for every costume. This can be paid by cash / cheque or credit card. (We cannot accept Solo or Electron as a deposit).

2. Proof of your current address will be required i.e. Driving licence, Utility Bill or similar.

3. Costumes not returned on the specified day will be charged for £5.00 per day, this will be deducted from your deposit.

4. All damages to costumes on hire will be charged for. This will be deducted from your deposit.

5. All costumes returned with dirty bottoms/feet will incur a charge of £5.00 per costume.

6. Costumes lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged for at the full replacement cost.

7. All costumes remain the property of The Party Shop Superstore.

8. A cancellation fee of £5.00 will be charged on all cancelled costumes; a further £5.00 will be charged if the costume is cancelled within 10 days of hire date. The will be NO REFUND if the costume is cancelled within 48 hours of hire date.

9. Please DO NOT WASH the costumes or attach sticky labels to the costumes.

10. Costumes not returned within 2 days of return date will be charged at the Full Costume Replacement Value. If your security deposit was paid by credit crd we will take the full amount of the costume off your card, if your security deposit was paid by cash we will retain this deposit towards the cost of the costume. Any amounts outstanding will be recovered through the courts at a cost to yourself.
